GUARANTEE

Novatron solar water heaters are guaranteed for their lifetime (25 years) on the outer body stainless steel and framework, which means that the inner tank, altough made out of high quality food grade 316 stainless steel, is not covered by the guarantee. This is because Novatron has no control whatsoever on the water quality supplied in the unit.

Due to variations in electricity supply, the electric element is not guaranteed.

The borosilicate vacuum tubes are also guaranteed for 5 years, except on breakages.

Claims under the guarantee have to be made as soon as the fault arises. Any claims that indicate that the fault or deterioration has been going on for a long period of time, say more than 2 months, will not be accepted.

It is the owner' s responsibility to check the unit periodically.
