GUARANTEE

GAVA  bathroom products are guaranteed for 2 years on brass chromed parts, working parts, electrical parts and acrylic. Aluminium parts, glass, mirrors and chromed plastic parts are not covered because Gava has no control whatsoever on the water quality supplied to the unit.

Claims under the guarantee have to be made as soon as the fault arises. Any claims that indicate that the fault or deterioration has been going on for a long period of time, say more than 2 months, will not be accepted.

It is the owner' s responsibility to check the unit periodically.
